CEM-1 ZD-95 (G) F
Cost effective alternative for the usual FR4 base material.
The CEM-1 material is a composite laminate which consists of a core of cellulose paper soaked with phenolic resin, covered with two layers of FR4 glass cloth on the outer side.
Through this layout an outstanding thermal stability of this material is guaranteed. It is suitable for the lead-free processing.
Mechanically the CEM-1 ZD-95 (G) F can be used for punching as well as the regular drilling process. The CEM-1 composite laminate is cold punch able and has an excellent dimension stability. It may be used for carbon print as well as nickel-gold surfaces. Because of the higher mechanical capacity also heavier components (e.g. transformers) can be soldered upon.
Moreover, our CEM-1 laminate is available in CTI 600 (class 0 according to UL94) for applications which need a tracking resistance.
The technical requirements of the IPC4101-10 are fulfilled.
The laminate CEM-1 ZD-95 (G) F is listed by UL94 V-O.
