Standard FR4 base material according to IPC 4101-21.

Our time-proven standard FR4 base material H140A is a DICY-hardened epoxy resin laminate with a glass transition temperature TG of >135°C (DSC) according to IPC 4101-21.
The material is equipped with an UV-Blocker (yellow).

It is available with one-sided copper cladding as well as two-sided copper cladding. Through the used modified epoxy resin matrix, it has a high decomposition temperature TD and is very well suited for lead-free soldering process.

Complies with ROHS and UL 94 V-0.

The lamination process of H140A takes place in a ISO 16949 certified production site.
