Standard FR4 base material according to IPC4101-21.

Our time-proven standard FR4 base material ILM-R1 is a DICY-hardened epoxy resin laminate with a glass transition temperature TG of >125°C (DSC) according to IPC 4101-21.
The material is equipped with an UV-Blocker (yellow).

It is available with one-sided copper cladding as well as two-sided copper cladding.

Complies with ROHS and UL 94 V-0.
